Innovation Conference

The annual conference on innovation for store and headquarters teams

Innovation Conference brings together store managers, product teams and the company's technology partners for a full day: 12 talks, 4 hands-on workshops and a closing session in which ideas born in the stores are presented to the executive board.

The January edition involved 320 people from 18 regions and fed 46 proposals into the internal evaluation path, 9 of which are already being piloted in test venues. The programme alternates real cases, live demos and discussions with the selected startups.
