The course is designed for people working in stores and central teams who have ideas to improve the service but do not know where to start.
It starts from the meaning of innovation and the difference between improvement and disruption, and ends with a completed idea sheet ready to submit.
Total duration: about 80 minutes. At the end, with at least 70% correct answers in the test, you receive the certificate.
